When I went here my therapist fabricated documents claiming we were having therapy sessions that she was just not having with me and when I confronted her about it she straight up gaslit me and tried to say to my face we had sessions we did not have. My mental health reached a serious low at this place. At one point I laid in my bed for five days straight here did not eat a thing and the staff genuinely had no reaction even when I had a mental breakdown and started screaming about how no one cared I was starving myself severely. Luckily, I was able to go to another facility that helped me get better, but please avoid this place if you can. They wasted a huge amount of my insurance money that I could have used to stay in a facility that was actually committed to supporting me for longer. The problem with this place is that there are a lot of people here who are genuinely just too lazy to give people at an all time low the support they deserve. If those people were working some other job like fast food I could not care less, but their negligence is playing with life and death in a place like this.

I’m so grateful for this program & definitely needed the time away. Megan was the perfect therapist for me & I feel like I got so much work done that I wouldn’t have been able to at home.

this program helped me a lot through struggles. I can finally feel myself functioning with tasks i’ve always struggled with.

My daughter was admitted in September and only stayed for a few days. AMFM Admissions told us they 'take' our insurance, we thought that meant AMFM was 'in network'. Since they were not in network we were charged a lot of money for the few days she was a patient. Also, the staff was unresponsive, it was difficult to get people on the phone. There was not much group or individual counseling during my daughters stay. Also, no MD psychiatrists on staff, which is crucial for adjusting/prescribing medications.

I thought that the therapy was very effective for me. Great staff. It is pretty laid back. Outings are fun. Great place.

My wife went into their residential treatment program at this house. Within the first 2 days we began to have doubts that she was going to get the help she needed. The technicians that are supposed to be checking on the residents and be available to assist them with things stayed behind a locked door most of the time and did not do any sort of regular checks on the residents. There were several times that she was having trouble with anxiety and emotionally disregulated and the staff invalidated her and treated her like she had not reason to feel the way she did. There were 3 other residents when she was admitted, 2 of the people left within the first week she was there and she discharged herself after 9 days because it was clear she wasn't going to get anything close to the help she needed.
