I am a member of KAISER at their TYSONS Center. I recently needed to order glasses. JEANNE SCIACCHITANO in Vision Essentials was terrific. She has helped us in the past, so I was grateful to see her, knowing I would get all the help I needed and she would work with me to find the glasses that would be perfect for me. As always, she was so very helpful. She is an asset to Kaiser, and to customers, so wanted to commend her for her always ABOVE & BEYOND service. Like all of my experiences at Kaiser, my visit to get glasses was smooth, easy and pleasant. Jeanne, the tech/sales manager, is always super nice and helpful every time I go in. She’s a great asset to Kaiser Optical. The selection of frames on offer is good, and Jeanne helped me decide between four pairs. I like the fact that I can either make an appointment or walk in (I’ve done both), although appointments make it a little easier on the staff. All in all, I’m very happy with getting my glasses through Kaiser Optical.

my Optometry assistant when checked me in, Trever O., was super friendly and made sure to ask the right questions. Even double checked! I appreciated his friendliness, it really made a difference in my visit. My Doctor, Dr. Cason, was super nice and made sure that all my questions were answered before I left.

After my visit with my eye doctor, i went to vision center to get my new prescription eye glass. When I walked into the room; nobody was there, there was a very nice lady at the desk that greeted me and asked me to sit down; she said she was responding to a patient and will be with me as soon as she is finished; all of a suden, two ladies ; one man and one mother with two children; one in the stroller walked inside the vision center; I said to myself, so many people have come and how can she handle this many patients? Especially with eye glasses and frames; so many details; the lady at the dek; that i asked her name later; Jenna with curly gray hair ; looked up at us and said that she will be with us shortly and since i was the first person to be helped she referred me to the selections of the frames; and attended other customers, I was very pleased with her handling the customers ;fast , easy and very professional ;While I was looking at frames; I saw her helping the rest of the customers; in the meantime I asked her a question and while she was busy with another customer she pleasantly answered my question too .later when everyone left and it was my turn ; I told her that i was impressed with her work , handling so many patients and not having any help . She thanked me, She was also helpful showing me the sections of frames with reasonable price; helping me find a nice looking frame.i I thanked her too ; I thought I should let the KP management be aware of such a good and hardworking staff member treating customers with kindness.
