We are very grateful for Mark. He came out same day as we called to help us when our AC died in a 100+ heatwave. He quickly ordered and replaced parts needed and was very courteous while doing so. We had another company come out to our house before we discovered Five Star Services and they weren’t half as kind and attentive as Mark. I’d highly recommend him.
Mark and his team were super responsive, quick to schedule a service call, on-time, knowledgeable and provided a timely corrective action to get our AC back up and running within 30 minutes - even during this super hot summer.
I meant to write this a couple of weeks ago but I am glad I remembered to give this company the 5 stars they deserve! We had an awesome experience and our expectations were exceeded. The technician came by same day to check out our unit, he gave us so much helpful information and was very kind and courteous!
