Duane Palmer is the best! He spent 4 hours inspecting our home for pre-listing purposes. He's thorough and detailed and was respectful of me and everything in my home. I highly recommend him.
Mike was extremely thorough and took the time to walk me through his findings same day. He answered questions on the spot and remains available if we have any further concerns. Much to our surprise, the full report was available in our email just hours later and it was very easy to read and understand. We feel at ease with his level of expertise and professionalism.
