    Since 4/1, I have been trying to have one question answered: Did you file electronically and if so, what date? Phone messages left and no return calls; have to call back. One email sent and no reply. A receptionist that seems to know nothing. The day my husband and I picked up our taxes on 3/28 they brought the folder outside to us where we were waiting, and did not ask us into a room inside to discuss our taxes (this is not the way to treat paying clients). The whole encounter was brief and rushed, and we were asked if we had any questions. Of course not since I do all the prep work for your company. The least you can do for the $385 paid to your company is answer the one question about electronically filing our state and federal taxes. Poor service and communication with your clients; this will be the last time I will use Dominion Accounting.
