“Flowers Cleaning and Handyman Service helped us with painting and other necessary repairs to get our townhouse ready for rent. They went above and beyond with repairs and cleaning, taking care of more things than we even requested. I found service to be kind, professional, and caring. He even took care of a very last minute request to install a closet shelf. A+ and would use in the future!“

“We were so lucky to have found Tony and Kenny! They were responsive and super helpful, and answered our questions and concerns throughout the entire process of them building the duct work for our kitchen venting. They were very affordable, and I appreciate them for their effective communication in availability and their arrival times. They were also very helpful in giving us suggestions and recommendations in improving our home. We will definitely hire them again for future contracting needs!“

“I needed to sell my condo but it was in need of numerous repairs and cosmetic touch ups. I called John Samsky of Samsky's Home Services. He came out and gave me a fixed price: $6,800 for the following: 1. Replace luan base and paint underneath kitchen sink. Paint kick plates at base of kitchen counter. 2. Repair and paint drywall near kitchen stove. 3. Tighten up drooping kitchen cabinets and re-caulk seam between cabinets and ceiling. 4. Repair and repaint numerous areas of "popcorn" ceiling that had cracked and separated over time. 5. Repair ceiling in hallway bathroom that was caused by a water leak. Paint entire bathroom. Install curved shower rod, new toilet paper dispenser and towel rack, new light fixture and doorstop. 6. Install new electrical outlet and ceiling vents in master bathroom. 7. Repair drywall and repaint master bedroom closet and door. Also install new light fixture and shelving. 8. Replace and paint two bi-fold doors in living room closet. New doors did not fit initially and required Mr. Samsky to cut and custom fit them to the closet measurements. 9. Paint all closets and doors (9 doors and 4 closets). 10. Install lockset on bedroom door. 11. Adjust and tighten all electrical outlets. 12. Install new air duct return cover. 13. Re-caulk seam between wall and kitchen counter. Mr. Samsky spent eight days here over a two week period and did very good work! He purchased all of the materials and fixtures himself. He arrived on time each day and worked the entire time he was here. He worked through lunch every day. He took NO cigarette breaks because he doesn't smoke. At the end of each day he cleaned up and put away his tools and hauled away any accumulated trash created on the job. My condo looks great and is now suitable to be put on the market! In summary, just imagine: A licensed contractor who answers and returns phone calls and emails, is courteous, shows up on time and works hard while he is on the job, gives you a fair and set price for the job, is knowledgeable and does good work. That type of contractor is hard to find, but it describes John Samsky very well! If I ever needed handyman services again, John Samsky would be my first choice.“
