Williamsburg Heating & AC came same day as called which was necessary due to retired couple needing cool air and for my understanding of what needed to be done. Seth, who came out was perfection in care, examining the unit and getting help right away to make it better. Also provided options in case of need to replace the Condo's unit which was very helpful and provided efficient cost options. Treated myself and couple in the condominium with great courtesy and care.
We have used Williamsburg Heating & Air Conditioning for seasonal maintenance, addressing issues, and installing smaller units. The technicians are wonderful, extremely capable, knowledgeable, and polite. They take time to answer all our questions and explain the issues with advice when asked about preventing future problems. We thoroughly recommend them!
Excellent service. Arrival window was 8-10 am and technician arrived at 8:10. Technician took the time to explain issues found, how to resolve them and the cost. Cost was very reasonable.
