We had a scare with smelling smoke in the house and had to call the fire department. There was nothing burning (Thank God!) and the firemen suspected it was the HVAC motor. Nelson’s came out the same day and confirmed that was the issue. They ordered the part and it was fixed 2 days later. We love their reasonable prices, service, responsiveness and kindness!!! Highly recommend.

As always the Nelsons team had a sense of urgency getting my HVAC system running properly. They are so knowledgeable and professional with all they do which is why I call them when my heating and AC gives me trouble!
