Lisa helped with scheduling and payments. Jon sealed openings and provided treatment, making an immediate difference. Bob is great, patient, and kind, explaining the service plan and giving great advice. Jon is professional and efficient, explaining his work clearly to ensure customers are satisfied.
We had to get pest control for our new house and called a few places; the others were rude or pushy or overpriced. After calling Marks on a friend recommendation, they were relievingly attentive, helpful, reasonable, and nice on the phone and got us booked timely and easily. When Jeremy came to the house to provide services he was on time, respectful to our home, answered every single question, made sure we all understood the problem, what service we needed, provided options, explained prices, super comunicative, everything. Jeremy and Mike from Mark’s Pest Control were the two technicians who completed a termite treatment at my house. They arrived right on time and were extremely professional. Normally I am a DIY person around the house but I know that termite treatment requires a professional for both the product they use, and the application process. Luckily this was caught while the little buggers were still on the outside and not inside. In this area, it’s not a matter of “if” you’ll have termites, it’s “when”. It’s either treat now or rebuild latter.
Don arrived early. He was professional and very personable. Easy to like instantly. He listened to how we discovered termites and he immediately checked our entire property and explained the termite treatment which he scheduled for the following week. Don and his associate Michael came and spent three plus hours trenching with termiticides and localized treatments. We are so happy with Mark’s Pest Control we have signed up for their service plan. Both Don and Michael are very knowledgeable and thorough. Ginny, the office manager is also wonderful to work with. Highly recommend MARK’S PEST CONTROL. Thank you.
