Great company. Always on time, professional, thorough and most of all effective! We live in Toano on a small farm and had some pest issues when we first purchased the property 2 years ago. We called Marks Pest Control and set-up a bi-monthly service and have had no issues since they began servicing our house and outbuildings

Mark's pest control is great! Our office was previously using another pest control company that we were unhappy with, their treatment was not effective, and they continued to show up outside of their scheduled time or not at all. We decided to make the switch to Mark's and we are so glad we did, Mark himself came out to meet with me and do the initial inspection, afterwards, Lisa helped me get set up with a schedule and payments and then Jon came out and did our first treatment sealed any opening that could be a point of entry for pests. Bob is great! He is patient and kind in dealing with my elderly parents and explains everything. Each time he visits we go over the service plan so that my 82 year-old Dad knows what is going on. He gave us great advice on how to reduce clutter at their house that might be attracting bugs. He is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. A winning combination in my opinion. Amy Hoyt
