Great customer service. 11/25 replaced failed 1987 water heater. Today 12/24 began fixing leak in guest bathroom. Needs to return because repair was more extensive. Handled my panicked call after office hours last night. Highly recommend!!!????
Cody and John did a great job. They were courteous, squared away, punctual and did exactly what they had promised. From first contact to job completion it was only a week. I typically take care of this stuff myself, and was a bit surprised by the cost. In the end, you get what you pay for when it comes to just about everything. I would definitely hire them again.
Precision plumbing was the right choice for us. The technician John was prompt, courteous, and efficient. My water heater was Installed in one afternoon. He left my utility room better than he found it. Also, the scheduling staff worked very hard to accommodate my schedule. This was a great experience.
