“Jim was amazing. I had a difficult time getting what was in my head onto paper and another artist had pushed me off for months about it. I came in that day, he spent an hour sketching to make sure I was getting what I actually wanted and and sat me down that same day. As soon as I sat in the chair I felt at ease. He was thoughtful, reassuring, and clearly knowledgeable. This was the first part to what will likely end up a large piece, he's the only person ill be going to for the work.
