I have known Pam for years, as well as worked here for some time in the past. She is the most straightforward person I know! I’ve watched her tell customers exactly what they needed and ONLY what they needed. Straight up told some customers they didn’t need anything at all even when they insisted the internet told them otherwise. Some business owners would push unneeded products on people but that’s not her. She told customers the cheapest options and how to keep their overall maintenance costs down. Wet and wild pools is the best! Pam knows her stuff. Every time I take my pool water to be tested, she instructs me on what to do and it is always spot on after. She doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need. The customer service when I go into the store is above any other!
