They call me just before our quarterly pest control - the technician lets us know he is here, and comes to the door when he is done. I pay then so they don't have to waste postage to bill me. Very friendly and polite. We have never had anything but the best service from Suffolk Pest Control. Have been using them for over 20 years!

I have used Suffolk Pest Control for years - both at my home and our office. Kathy is always so kind and helpful. She makes sure I stay on schedule for treatments. Robert is also great. He handles our inspections and always take the time to answer any questions I may have. It is so nice to work with a company that has longevity of employees and provides wonderful customer service.
