I have used this company for over 15 years. Ten of those years were in real estate related services. Five have been for my personal house as well as my family members. They are honest and trustworthy.
Today I had a very rare emergency while Chris was here to do my yearly inspection and pest control treatment. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND what anyone could have even imagined.
Proof again that 2nd Opinion is the BEST Company in Hampton Roads.

Second Opinion is truly a trustworthy and honest company. I have used them for 15 years for both personal and business transactions. They have never disappointed. They have given truly a 2nd Opinion, and told the client that their inspection is clean. The other Company was charging $$ for something unnecessary. Today, Chris was at my house for my annual inspection and I wound up in the middle of an emergency. Chris stayed so calm, I literally left her with my 2 dogs and 2 birds. She sprayed my home, took care with my pets and locked the door behind her. I can not think of many people that I would leave my home and pets with. The staff is great. Very friendly and kind people. If I based my review only on that, they'd get 5 stars. But I've used them twice for bug/spider treament and have not had the best experiences. Both times the spray took over 4 hours to dry vs. the 30-45 mins it was supposed to take. The first time their spray can had a peice break off in our garage, so it sprayed too much and my puppy was vomiting for the rest of the day. Not their fault, just a freak accident. But the last time they came, the treatment did basically nothing for our bug/spider problem(which isn't a severe problem, just a normal spring pest problem).
