I scheduled my fiancé an appointment with this dentistry for November 5th, they called the day of his appointment to ask could we reschedule it for November 6th (Today) because one of there employees was out sick and they were short staff, ok I was a little pissed but i understood, So now it’s the day of his new scheduled appointment and I get a call asking can it be rescheduled AGAIN until the 14th because an employee has to go check on a family member, now I’m really pissed because first my fiancé really needed this appointment, 2nd this is the 2nd time his appointment got rescheduled and 3rd how can you call the day of the appointment an hour before we are suppose...read full review

When I attend the doctors office for my appointment, I often encounter the front desk, staff name Beth She is rude on every occasion and she never greets you when you come into the office. The dental hygienist is very nice and I have a good experience with them, but I find Beth to be very rude. I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes early and checked in and I had to wait; another gentleman walked in named Brad and Beth let him know he would not have to wait long and called him to the back one minute after his arrival time and then I continued to sit and wait. my problem is how does Brad get to go before me and I arrive 20 minutes early it's obvious she shows favoritism to who she likes. This is my honest review.

They are my family dentist and we have no complaints. Unfortunately, I have been here often, due to cavities. Doc Ramsey and his staff are easy to talk with and always ask howthings are going. We pick up our conversations right were we left off from previous visits. I will be happy once they find a new hygienist, since the original retired, make cleanings difficult. So if you know of a Hygienist looking for work, have them apply. Front office staff are all amazing!
