Mr. Brooks inspected my 89 yo mother's home because she had many concerns about her older home. He was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, ethical, and attentive to her questions. He addressed each of her concerns and spent a good amount of time inspecting each and every one of them. He was very good at explaining his findings and had pictures to support his findings and recommendations. And I was delighted at how patient he was with her questions. I wish I could give him 10 stars.
