Requested a service call on Tuesday - Tech arrived within 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue and explained the options. Ended up the unit had failed. Sales rep arrived Wednesday morning and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Ordered a new system same day. Installers arrived Thursday morning, got the new system up and running without hesitation.
Excellent communication from this company before arrival and during the process. Very professional and personable. Other than a new unit, I couldn’t even tell they had been here. Local company, great results!

Hal installed our new air conditioner and did a fabulous job. It was a tramemdously hot day and he worked hard despite the heat. The AC looks professionally done and neat. I highly recommend Atlantic Shores for all air conditioning and heating needs.
