Went to one of their auctions a while back they were auctioning the property of a shut down masonry block manufacturing After the auction started they announced in order to remove a portable building (there was a total of six there) we would have to be bonded and insured. Also after bidding on an item clearly before it was called sold, I was ignored and item was knocked off to other bidder very cheaply. I was standing only a couple of feet from him very nasty people to deal with!
