I've had one of his upgrades on my 6.0 for 7 years now. It's the upgraded whistle version and everyone who hears it that knows turbos asks where I got it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Turbo Lab Company. I ordered 2 repair kits and 2 turbine wheels, but after a long wait, I received only 1 repair kit and 1 turbine wheel. I reached out multiple times via email and Instagram, and after several attempts, they finally responded. I even shared a video of me opening the box, clearly showing that half the order was missing.
They acknowledged the issue and confirmed that the shipment was incomplete — but after that, they completely stopped responding. No refund, no replacement, no further communication. They ghosted me, despite knowing I was missing part of my order.
I do not recommend buying from this company. I will also attach the video and photos proving the missing items, along with screenshots of their acknowledgment on Instagram.

I bought a rebuild kit for my HE 351CW and a center section with the o-ring up grade. Rebuilt my turbo one morning and my truck runs like new. Customer service was great, informative videos and information on the site was top notch. The parts were extremely good quality, and they even came in cleaned. I had a shipping question and sent a email to Austin one night and he responded in just minutes, again great customer service. I looked at several different suppliers and I’m glad I went with Austin, I’ll be a customer for life.

I have used there services twice now and both times were amazing turnouts. Extremely knowledgeable crew and very affordable pricing for the work they put in. Thank you Turbolab and crew!!

Got to turbo housing machine from them first one they didn't send the backing plate so had to wait then got everything I needed send my own turbo housing and backing plate and took several month so if you want to pay to much and wait they did a good job but need help on customer service 🐕‍🦺

I bought an HE351CW 62 kit to assemble myself. Some excellent videos on-line help get all the tricky details of assembly satisfied. I bought a spring wastegate elsewhere. I fitted it to my 1st gen Dodge Cummins and it has transformed the truck's performance. EGTs are good and boost is a vast improvement over stock. I'm delighted with Austin's product. More important it enables my old truck to keep up with modern traffic on hills. With the OEM turbo I was a source of frustration to following traffic. I also upgraded the VE pump,exhaust manifold,intake and fitted a 4" exhaust system . Yes, you maybe able to get a pre-assembled bigger turbo for less but you'll never know about the parts nor build quality until it's too late. This kit was a good investment.
