They were very accommodating to get my son’s uniform dry cleaned same day even though we were past the cutoff time. When I was rung up I was expecting to pay a premium for the expedited service and was shocked when it was less than $7!! If we are ever in the area again we would definitely use and highly recommend for great service and great prices! Thank you for accommodating our time sensitive needs! He will look great in his uniform marching in the Homecoming 250 parade in Philadelphia on Monday!
I have been using this location for years. Everything is always ready on time and in pristine condition. All the creases and the collars look amazing. The staff is very helpful, And they even once got a few things ready for me in a few hours when I forgot to drop them off the day before. I have used their alteration services as well, And they did a great job hemming a few skirts for me. Overall, great, dry cleaners.
Five star for the alteration was done well. 0 star for poor customer service. I took my dress in for alteration and was told it will be ready by Saturday at 5pm. Went there on Saturday dress was not ready and no one communicated with me before hand. I need that particular dress that Saturday. A simple phone call to say it will not be ready would have save me the frustration.
