Amazing experience here! Amazing Customer service , all of the employees are very nice and cater to your exact needs. They start with proper exercises and ramp you up accordingly to progress, I am now leaving feeling a lot better than the first day I showed up, I highly recommend!
Fantastic team! From Makese at the front desk, to the doctors treating you, and Ted who takes your through exercises, this team is just awesome. I've gotten Dry Needling with Dr. Kristen Landers for my elbow tendinitis and, while it was a little uncomfortable at the time, it provided much needed relief. Highly recommend them!
Recovering from a knee surgery at Jackson Clinic of Sterling felt like being part of a caring family. The staff, especially Kristen and Ted, were incredible. They treated me with so much respect and professionalism, making the whole journey smoother and more bearable. Everyone was supportive, encouraging, and genuinely interested in my progress. It wasn't just about getting better physically; they made sure I felt uplifted and motivated throughout the four months. Big shoutout to the whole team for their amazing work and for making such a tough time a lot easier to get through. I'm truly grateful.
