Aside from possibly having to pay a bill, I absolutely can't wait for my next Tesla service experience with Graeme and his team at this service center.

Tesla needs more service centers in Virginia. This location is very busy and can take over a month to get an appointment. I believe that the Quality Control measures that should be in place suffer tremendously because of how busy they are.

It is very rare to find a service center that really cares about customers and does everything it can to ensure their satisfaction.
