Great service. Fixed most things for free. Also suggested taking my vehicle to a 3rd party for a minor rim repair rather than replacing my wheels. That saved me loads of $. Most garages would have just pocketed the money.
Super smooth and easy service facility. Everything is done through the app, not much contact required. It was our first routine service on our Model 3, and they ended up comping some of it and saving us some money. I got a loaner Model Y for the evening and it was super clean and charged up with free super charging included. I was able to drop.off the loaner after hours and pick up my car without needing any keys or anything, since we just added the key to my phone. Honestly, it was the easiest and most convenient service I have ever experienced. Definitely going back for my next routine service.
