I am elated to highlight the extraordinary service rendered by Aisha throughout my recent repair experience at Tesla Sterling. On the brink of my voyage to Virginia, a battery failure occurred. I promptly contacted Tesla Sterling, notifying them of the issue and my plan to tow the vehicle to their facility. Despite a late arrival, a quick call to the center had me speaking with Amina, just 10 minutes shy of closing time. She graciously urged me to proceed, and upon my arrival, a loaner vehicle was prepared and ready for my use.The ensuing repair process was nothing short of seamless, thanks to Aisha's impeccable management. Had a 10:30 appointment to repair a squeaky noise coming from the front suspension of a Model 3. Upon arriving the place was packed. Started getting a sinking feeling like this would be an all day trip. Checked in the car about 10 minutes early. Around 10:30 a tech came out for a ride along to hear the squeak. After confirming the noise, he took the car in for service. At 11:30 the tech drives the car out front, service completed.Very positive experience, took slightly over an hour and I was on my way.Very impressed by this service center.
