Super smooth and easy service facility. Everything is done through the app, not much contact required. It was our first routine service on our Model 3, and they ended up comping some of it and saving us some money. I got a loaner Model Y for the evening and it was super clean and charged up with free super charging included. I was able to drop.off the loaner after hours and pick up my car without needing any keys or anything, since we just added the key to my phone. Honestly, it was the easiest and most convenient service I have ever experienced. Definitely going back for my next routine service.
I had a really good experience. My car suddenly started showing a charging port warning that prevented me from driving, so I brought it in to get checked out.
Ryan Young, my Service Advisor, was great to work with. He was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout the process. Since they were out of Tesla loaners when I arrived, he offered Uber credits so I wouldn’t be stuck without transportation. Luckily, while I was waiting, a loaner became available and Ryan got everything set up for me right away.
The service only took about a day, and they found that the charging port had become fried and needed to be replaced. The repair was completed...read full review
I’ve been a loyal Tesla customer for years, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. This was honestly my first time ever picking up a vehicle from a service center in this kind of condition.
When I dropped off the car, it was very clean and well taken care of. I’m very particular about my vehicle, and when I picked it up, there were tools left inside and including a 12V battery. The interior looked messy, items wereout of place, and even my driver profile seat settings had been changed.
