My experience with Terminix has been a mixed bag, in terms of them repairing a damaged joist and insulation, then encapsulating my crawl space. The crawl space looks incredibly neat now with an expert encapsulation in a thick white layer. The dehumidifier installation has been a boondoggle, however. And this work comes with a hefty price tag of $12,000.

Throughout the last several years, I have had the pleasure of benefiting from the extremely competent, thorough and courteous service provided by Mr. David Harris, my assigned residential pest control Terminix Technician. Mr. Harris has consistently provided me and my extended family highly attentive service to a variety of difficult pest infestations and concerns, while always effectively clearing the premises of all such problems.
