Our one of our 4 year old water heater’s heating element got damaged so we kept running out of cold water in the house during winter. A friend referred us to Technicom and they did not disappoint. Our technician Matthew was very knowledgeable and kept us engaged explaining what had happened, what he will do to fix it and how to make sure it won’t happen again. After 2 hours our water heater was working again. I cannot express enough gratitude to Technicom for their outstanding service in fixing our freezer. Over the past two years, we’ve dealt with four different companies and countless maintenance calls, but none of them could resolve the issue. Technicom, however, worked miracles!
