They just ran our home to adjust a faucet which they had put in a few months ago that the water pressure seemed to dissipate.. It was fixed fast and there was no charge… Our experiences with Snell have been excellent for the last 20+ years. Air conditioning seating putting in a whole new system when we redid our home 20 years ago, upgrading, etc. etc. they are an excellent company to deal with honest and the people that come out to your home are well-versed and professional a delight… given five stars?????
A Snell employee, named Gabe, stopped on his way to work to help two senior citizens that got their Jeep stuck in the snow! Thank you to that fine young man. Sorry, Snell, if he was late for work ?
Rabi made a house call to help with an AC issue today, and the service was excellent. He helped me think through numerous options and took me to each part of the system to show me the things that need attention. Thanks!
