Bill Payne and Rely-On were absolutely fantastic. My upstairs neighbor's bathroom leaked into my bathroom causing some ceiling damage. Bill came promptly to look at the issue, tell me what would need to be done and get one of his crew members out to fix it. Bill's communication is amazing! He kept me updated on each step of the process. My ceiling is the pesky popcorn style ceiling and I was worried the fixed patch would stick out. We asked Rely On to re-stain our redwood house after several years of woodpecker damage. This required a significant repair effort prior to the stain. They did a fabulous job, at a reasonable price, under challenging weather and job issue. Hats off to their superb job and our good-as-new home in the woods.
