Working with Dr. Ratcliffe has been a completly new experience for me in the medical field. As someone with a confusing or less clear diagnosis, he has shown himself to be open minded and believe me when I express my symptoms instead of guessing or immediately throwing a diagnosis on it. For the first time I have been able to see actual progress and improvement on my health. I am currently still on the diet that has been prescribed after running tests, and I have been determining how to monitor and further improve my autoimmune disease symptoms with Dr. Ratcliffe as I go. I suffered a workplace injury and slipped a disk late on a Friday afternoon--Dr. Banks was able to see me next-day and developed a treatment plan for my circumstance with a clear timeline and goals for me right then and there.
Dr. Banks and his staff continued to work with me as my condition changed over the course of several months to get me back in full working condition. I always felt properly cared for during my visits and appreciated the variety of exercises/therapies available to me to best heal my back.
