I received notification of their pending arrival. Once I got home the roof, gutters and surrounding ground area was nice and clean. I trust this company and have called upon their services for quite sometime.
Their service is very good, they are great at notifying you when they are planning to come for gutter cleaning. Only 4 stars and not 5 because they are constantly trying to upsell us on other services that we don’t need. Lately they claim they saw moss on my patio and that it needs to be powerwashed (it doesn’t), there doesn’t seem to be any way to opt out of the annoying texts and emails and even postcards trying to upsell you on unnecessary crap.
We have been using Ned Stevens for a long time. They recently re-leveled our gutters as a part of our yearly plan. The crew uses relatively quiet leaf blowers, and worked with me to reduce the noise.
