After some frustration at trying to select countertops from small samples, the fabricator suggested I go to MSI to look at full slabs. The help I received was outstanding and it made the selection so much easier. I came away understanding what was available and the different price points in Quartz, something that had seemed a mystery…they had a sheet with each “price group” (not really prices, but numerical groups at increasing price points) listed with color names within each group. I felt educated and was able to decide on a product I liked, at a price point I am comfortable with. I received samples of my top choices to take with me as well. I feel such relief.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience at MSI! The price, selection, and service were all top-notch. My stone was shipped to the fabricator the very next business day and installed in less than a week.

I walked in feeling confused and unsure about what I wanted, but Marwa made the whole process so easy. I came in to see quartz Taj Mahal look-alikes, and she not only showed me beautiful options but also offered samples to take home and suggested other stones that matched my style. She was kind, professional, and patient. I truly appreciated her help and would definitely recommend her!
