I had an intro session with Jason, and he was amazing! He took the time to really understand my fitness goals, history, and any limitations I have. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging the entire time. I appreciated how he explained everything clearly ā from form to muscle engagement ā and made me feel comfortable while still pushing me to do my best. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people improve and reach their goals. I left the session feeling motivated, confident, and excited to keep going. I love coming here to workout but I the people in the salon are so suspicious I just see workers stealing products and putting it in their bags taking it home which is so crazy to me that the own workers in the salon are literally getting away with stealing products.

Jason (Dynamic Stretching) is extremely knowledgeable. Iām certain just about everyone would really benefit from adding these advanced stretching sessions to their workout program.
