Took my newly purchased used car to Hillyard to have it inspected and checked for any problems that need to be addressed. I also took some parts that I wanted replaced as well and they did an amazing job of taking photos of what needs to be fixed and sending me a detailed report/estimate, and the owner Mike even called me to go over the things that should be addressed now and things that could wait. Really a great experience and honest repair shop. Ben who was at the front desk was also super helpful whenever I called in about something and communicating about the work being done. Even though this shop isn’t close to me, I will always take my car here for repair work. Thanks again!
Mike and his team were wonderful! They took care of my 12+ year old Ford Fiesta ST. They brought new life into my car and it basically feels like new again. Great communication and care! I will continue taking my car to them! Thankyou
I was very impressed with Mike and the team when I brought my SUV in to have the AC repaired. They addressed the issue quickly and were very transparent about pricing and estimates, and what needed to be done. It turned out that the entire system needed a recharge. I had forgotten what cold AC felt like (very important for August in Virginia)! Great customer service and I can tell that they take their reputation seriously. I will definitely be returning!
