Our family has had an incredible experience with HLS. My son became fascinated with landscaping at a very young age and quickly grew to admire the HLS crews. Over the years, the team has always taken the time to wave, say hello, and make him feel included while remaining professional and focused on their work.
What truly stood out was the kindness and generosity they showed on his birthday. The team welcomed him for a tour of their facility and surprised him with all sorts of HLS merchandise. To a little boy who thinks landscapers are heroes, it was an unforgettable experience.

A company that does NOT provide any information about what is the herbicide their employees pour on community green areas shared by children and pets, often spraying around them while playing outside(!!). Being homeowner in an HOA community, we have basically zero saying over what landscaping company is contracted but for the hefty HOA fees one would expect basic information provided by said landscaping company on what they spray around my house! Chlorpyrifos? Glyphosate? Rose water?
A company that is non-caring about their employees' health and safety protection when applying said secret chemicals. Maybe I'm wrong and half a pair of latex/vinyl glove is...read full review

Irresponsible company with inept & incompetent employees who not only force their way into backyards despite purposeful latch locking, but also think everything green, no matter how tall, is grass, and proceed to cut down & destroy actual plants even when clearly visibly separate from grass area. Of course none of these guys speak any English & calling the company is useless as nobody ever answers, you have to leave a message & nobody ever calls back. Filing a complaint with HOA & also BBB.
