A company that does NOT provide any information about what is the herbicide their employees pour on community green areas shared by children and pets, often spraying around them while playing outside(!!). Being homeowner in an HOA community, we have basically zero saying over what landscaping company is contracted but for the hefty HOA fees one would expect basic information provided by said landscaping company on what they spray around my house! Chlorpyrifos? Glyphosate? Rose water?

Irresponsible company with inept & incompetent employees who not only force their way into backyards despite purposeful latch locking, but also think everything green, no matter how tall, is grass, and proceed to cut down & destroy actual plants even when clearly visibly separate from grass area. Of course none of these guys speak any English & calling the company is useless as nobody ever answers, you have to leave a message & nobody ever calls back. Filing a complaint with HOA & also BBB.

HLS has used my property for their nature calls. This is disgusting and though I complained there was no action from HLS. The second incident happened today and I doubt if they will do a thing. This is beyond disgusting.
Update - They left the community and hope the new one doesn’t repeat this.
