H & R Maids

We used H&R Maids for several years but had several instances where they either did not show up or showed up late in the afternoon (After 4 PM). They did pretty good work cleaning when they did show up. One of their major problems was little communication. The cleaners were very good, but oftentimes I would communicate something with them, and then a few hours later they would text my wife to ask the same question... They even did this up to their last job with us (the move-out cleaning) where they asked my wife how to get in the house when I texted them the details of the move-out cleaning the day before (Enter the house with a lockbox on the front door, the combo is ####). You can tell a lot about a business by how well its team communicates internally. I would look elsewhere.

I highly recommend H&R Maids for any house cleaning. They truly impressed me and exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly thorough and professional, and actually arrived early. Their crew spent approximately 5 hours, and my house has never been so clean!I wish I had known about them prior to putting my house on the market!Service: Moving-related cleaning
