We are grateful that our wedding coordinator had such positive previous experiences with Event Rentals DC that She guided us to contract with them instead of another company that might have cost a little less but would not have been as reliable.It was so easy to select our rental items, receive a quote, go to contract, and coordinate delivery, set-up, and pick-up for our wedding day.Because we got married at the DC War Memorial, where the special event permit lasts only two hours, we needed our rental company to be on the ball. They missed my first call which is totally fine, as I was just going to write an email requesting information. My issue is that they called me back before I finished my email, told me they could assist me, then when they heard I was in the middle of the email told me to just finish it and someone could help the next day. You called me back to help me, why not just help? I send the email, which they said would be replied to the next days afternoon but they never reached back out. It has been about two weeks ish.
