My visit with the doctor was great. They moved to Sterling which is too far for me. I found a closer doctor and have been trying to get my records faxed to the new doctor for three weeks. I have gotten through to a person three times on the phone. Twice I was told they were faxing it and the third time was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I have tried calling multiple times and now no one is picking up. This is so frustrating!

The booking was good, the intake on the day of was good, the optometrist, she was a 10, everything went pretty well until... they said they'd be emailing the prescription from my eye exam but they never did. I've been waiting for four days, used the contact form on their website, etc., nothing.
