Victor and Norris are excellent; friendly, prompt, and provide great explanations. This summer I contacted Door Doctors to follow up advice I had gotten from a competitor. Victor told me that the advice I had gotten was incorrect, and that no further action was needed. The company does not charge for a site visit if no job or estimate is needed. In early December our 10-year-old LiftMaster opener stopped working, and the door was stuck. Victor and Norris unstuck the door in minutes and enabled manual operation. I had serious issues with 2 garage door companies attempting extremely hard pressure sells. One of them even tried to get me to commit to a new garage door system - sight unseen - while I was trying to drive home on Georgetown Pike in the rain.
Then, I happened upon Door Doctor and, not only did they not try to sell me a whole new door, they actually repaired my system promptly and for a reasonable price. Yoni deserves special mention, as he explained everything and was very thorough.
