ON AUG 13 I MADE MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH THE DENTIST OF STERLING. MY VISIT STARTED WITH TECH NARGIS. SHE NOTICED RIGHT AWAY THAT I WAS SCARED. SHE WAS EXCELLENT AT HELPING ME TO CALM DOWN. SHE TOOK MORE PICTURES OF MY TEETH THAN ANY OTHER DENTIST EVER HAD.WHEN SHE FINISHED, SHE HANDED ME OFF TO DR SAIYED. THE DOCTOR CHECKED MY TEETH ONE AT A TIME. SHE COMPAIRED HER VISUAL CHECK WITH THE PHOTO'S TAKEN EARLIER, SHE MADE SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING SHE SAID. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AT THIS OFFICE IS EXCELLENT. Recently I had an issue with my front tooth. I contacted Dentists of Sterling and spoke to Nina. She was very accommodating and thanks to her of was able to see Dr Rodriguez the same day. My experience with the entire team has been very positive. The entire team is very compassionate and professional .

My visit today was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Everyone - from front desk staff to the X-ray tech to the hygienist to the dentist - was very pleasant, efficient, and professional. I have had a less than positive experience prior to today but it seems the practice has addressed concerns and really provided excellent care. See you in 3 months! Thank you!
