The team did a great job replacing our aging deck. Though the project ended up being much larger than initially expected, they were able to get the extra materials in the next day and still completed everything on time. I'm very satisfied with the result.
Hired Deck Guru to demo my entire deck which was pretty huge almost around 640 sq. ft. Ryan did a very good job in giving me a fair estimate and he was always very prompt in replying all of my questions. Amy the project manager was also very reliable. She completed the job in time just the way she promised. She monitored the whole work on daily basis. Carlos the crew person was very respectful in all his communication. So yes I had a very pleasant experience working with Deck Guru and would hire them again to build a new deck once I have some money :)
I’m very happy on the work performed and the professionalism of this company. They were honest and clearly explained what work will be done and the duration it would take. They also offer fair pricing, no price gouging like other companies. Highly recommend!
