Our home is a CHALLENGE in terms of window accessibility....a five-story townhouse with a steep slope on the exterior of one side which require extreme agility/experience/balance) to adequately clean.Inside, there are some very high foyer windows which (without the right equipment and a high degree of courage) are really hard to reach. We have nothing but great things to say about Crystal and, especially, for Darwin, their specialist who tackled our job by himself! This was a 2-3 man task which he took on without help from anyone....and the results are beyond description. I had my condo windows cleaned today and they look amazing! Communication with this company was great, from making an appointment to giving me a reminder call the day before. The staff who came onsite were friendly, efficient, considerate and followed COVID safety guidelines. This company also did the main windows around the condo association a few months ago and did a fantastic job. The cost was super reasonable. I will definitely use this company again next year!

I put more energy into trying to schedule these people than they did working. Maybe they do a good job if they actually make it to the job. After learning they had serviced our building over the years, called to inquire re cleaning our unit. Was informed owner needed to determine prices. Long story short and several calls later on my initiative, a cleaning was scheduled, I changed my day around and they never showed. Maybe Crystal Window Cleaning is tired and needs to retire.
