About Creative Nails
Creative Nails is a small salon that offers manicures and pedicures. Customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and attentive staff, with many praising the skill and kindness of the nail technicians. Yen, in particular, is noted for helping out-of-town visitors by swapping out horrifically grown out acrylics for a natural dip, leaving clients feeling much better. The salon is known for being clean and comfortable, making customers feel at home. While some find the service to be pretty good, others mention that prices can be a bit high. The environment is generally nice, with short wait times. However, there was an incident where a technician asked for tips via PayPal or Venmo, which some customers felt was too forced and focused on tip culture. Overall, Creative Nails is seen as a welcoming place with skilled staff, offering thorough manicures and pedicures.
I'm visiting from out of town and desperately needed to get my nails done - I'm so thankful that Creative was here and available to help me out! Yen took my horrifically grown out acrylics and helped swap them out for a natural dip instead, and they look (and feel) so much better. I feel like sometimes when you're from out of town, the service isn't as great because you're not as likely to be a repeat customer, but that SO wasn't the case here, and I'm so so thankful and appreciative for the experience I had. Thank you so much!!!
LOVE this nail salon. Every nail tech is very skilled and so kind. The manager Cathy knows everyone by name. I feel very at home here. The salon is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
The service is pretty good, but just a bit pricy. Environment is nice and there never is too long of a wait.
There was an incident that gave me a less positive feeling. When I got my pedicare done last time, I was about to give tip as part of my credit card transaction, the technician asked to be given tip in either PayPal or venmo, which I had to download. It just feels really forced and really focused on the tip culture in this country. Tip used to be given as an appreciation of a job well done or for someone going out of their way to perform a special service. Now a certain percentage is expected and with requirements as to the method of payment. Imagine if...read full review
