I am writing to share that the team that I worked with at Comfenergy was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was very satisfied with their communication, their follow up and follow through for the entire process, their timely responses, quick scheduling of services, and their respect for my space and property upon completion. This includes the initial assessment with Pedro Guillen, and the installation from Alvaro. I will definitely refer your services to any colleagues that need your services.
Melvin and his phenomenal team air-sealed and insulated my entire attic assembly - including R60 on both flat and sloped surfaces. The team also encapsulated the duct system and applied a radiant barrier. I am already noticing considerable changes in ambient temperature and air circulation on the top floor, as well as in certain rooms.
I also want to thank Jason for the thorough review and discussion of options and for describing the costs and benefits of each solution. I learned a lot in the process. I look forward to further improvements with this team. Thanks again.
It was a wonderful first experience with Comfenergy... from start to almost finish (second half of this project - duct sealing - to be performed in two more weeks). Consultant Jaron McLaurin took the time to explain thoroughly about insulation improvements needed in my attic and duct line... with promises both upgrades would be energy saving. A contract was signed, and scheduling was prompt. The attic work was done yesterday. The crew, with crew chief Roxana, was great! They took protective measures by covering areas of my home and flooring for the transfer of old cellulose to new cellulose... and carrying supplies 3 flights of stairs.
