“I’ve used this service for Handyman work in 2021 and cleaning my apartment this past June 2022. Patricia was great and very professional. Also the technician who service the drywall issue in my home was excellent. Today 8/8/22 I called to inquire about handyman services AND cleaning of my home which is about 5K of work to get it staged for sale. The lady who answered asked me what handyman work I needed and to text my name and phone (which is their normal routine) and someone would call me back. Because I have a lot of handyman’s work to be done I asked for a website or some type of visual of their services. She rudely cut me off and told me to just text her and then hung up on me. I called back and tried to explain the nature of my call, given the volume of work, and she hung up on me again. Disgusting! I’ll report this service.“
