I hate to give negative reviews and typically will keep my opinions to myself if it's minor or a one off situation. This staffing agency is honestly horrible. The staff is rude and clipped on the phone, messages and calls go unanswered for days and weeks. I received my W2s from them last week and they are incorrect. I have called four times and nobody will return my call. I have worked for several temp agencies in the past and never had so many issues with getting required information or getting a call back. I sincerely hope they work to improve their response time and their customer service skills.
