We were having some issues with one of our AC units, so we contacted AC Doc. Communication from start to finish was excellent. Scott Mullen (owner) came out and did a thorough examination of the unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but instead of telling us to replace the unit altogether, he said he could extend the life by about a year. That was music to our ears. Sure enough, a little over a year later the unit died right as summer began, but we had anticipated this. We again contacted Scott.
