Our sales representative was highly professional and provided the expert guidance we needed to choose the perfect fence configuration for our property. Furthermore, the installation crew was outstanding; they worked tirelessly with a positive attitude, even in a downpour. Their speed and efficiency were truly impressive. Took almost 3 months for install after being told it would be 2-3 weeks. Was lied to multiple times including no shows when I was told someone would be out to see an issue with getting my fence done. Was told they were going to give me a discount and not give the commission to their sales rep since they failed me and I told them no because I didn’t think that was right then the owner turned around and DEMANDED payment of the remaining balance on a Wednesday when I asked if I could pay on Friday because I am currently an unpaid federal employee and had to move money from a different account so I could pay by check to avoid a further fee. I was told NO because Friday (literally 2 days) would be delinquent and I was to pay by credit card (costing me an additional $170 convenience fee) immediately.. The fence itself looks nice. I had to do some work to finish it off. I would not recommend based on absolute terrible customer service I dealt with for the entirety of the process.

Use another company.. Paid deposit for nothing. We had a sales rep come out, Kyle. He was nice enough but after he gave us a quote and took him weeks to submit the invoice so the materials could be ordered. We called the office multiple times, but got excuse after excuse. Finally the paper work was submitted and then it took weeks for them to order the supplies. All the while we were having to call for updates. We were NEVER called once to be provided an update. Every time we called we were told the supplies are coming in tomorrow or next week and only after all the supplies are in would they schedule the install. On another call we initiated to check In the status, I was told Stephanie would call me to confirm the supplies were on the truck and she was going to call me by 4pm that same day. Stephanie did not call me that day or any day after that.
We called again today for an update, now we were told the dog eared fence boards are there but they don't have the posts, which was the first time we had heard this. Shouldn't everything have been ordered at the same time. We told them this point we don't want to do any business with them and wanted our deposit back. The General Manager refused the refund and told us the supplies were already ordered. The General Manager got nasty with my husband on the phone. She was very unprofessional and kept cutting him off and getting aggressive with him on the phone.
We also told them from the beginning that we have a small dog and needed to get the fence installed as soon as possible.
We are frustrated with the lack of communication, the different stories we get every time we called, and the lack of professionalism with the customer service team. Do not use this company learn from my misfortune and headache.

Do not do business with M C fence. I had a fence installed aporx. 4 months ago, I have a post that is leaning and other sections that are very lose. After speaking to 3 different individuals and 1 month later my fence is still not fixed. Customer service is horrible and poor quality in product. Do not use these guys .

DO NOT GET A DECK WITH MC FENCE!!!!!! This has been the biggest headache ever! They first put up our deck with it completely wrong all the pickets were different lengths, nails sticking out, extra holes all over the wood, and they even knocked and big chunk of concrete off our patio and didn’t even tell us!!! So we got them out to fix the pickets and replace a few boards and they did “patch”the concrete ( which is already falling back off!! Then a few days later we noticed the top landing boards were not nailed all the way on and they were moving while we walked so they came to nail those down. Then a few days later an entire front of a step wasn’t nailed so I was told that a project manager would be out to inspect the deck and fix the step. Well this guy comes out and asks to see the step and proceeded to tell me how the crew just gets so busy that they miss things easily and says I’ll fix this step and be out of here in 5 mins! So no inspection of anything!! Now we still have nails sticking out from all over, not to mention I’ve picked up probably 50 nails, screws , and washers from all over our yard!! We noticed that the steps are not even nailed to the main support so no one even bothered to check and make sure the deck was safe before building on top of it! I’ve called and now no one will return my calls! I cannot stress this enough do not waste your money with this company this has been a joke!!!!

Nightmare! They never communicate to customer. My project with them took 8 weeks to get the fence installed, It’s been going to 16 weeks signing contract since April and they still haven't started the deck project. I always have to call them for follow up and update, tired of it. I’m not waiting anymore and demand the deposit back!

Do not trust MC Fence with your home.
A close friend of mine has been going through an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience with MC Fence. The company performed poor-quality work, left a mess behind, and—shockingly—the crew urinated on her home. Despite repeated assurances from multiple employees (Justine Corbett, Paul Strawderman, Mike Pauquette, Laura Henderson, Eric Hardman, and Marco from Arriaga Stone) that this crew would not return, they were sent back anyway.
She has spent weeks trying to get answers, sending dozens of emails, making countless phone calls, and following up repeatedly—only to be ignored or dismissed. The excuse given has consistently been “staff training,” but that doesn’t explain or excuse the complete lack of communication, accountability, or professionalism.
After requesting to be released from the contract in writing, she was met with silence. The situation has now been reported to the West Virginia Attorney General, the Virginia Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau.
No one should have to go through this with a company they hired in good faith. I would strongly advise avoiding MC Fence altogether.
