Valley Health Urgent Care Express offers care for common symptoms and illnesses when a doctor is not available, treating adults and children ages 4 months and up. The facility is very clean. The staff includes caring, helpful folks, kindest most patient staff, and great doctor, front office and nursing assistants who are thorough, kind, and attentive. Patients have noted quick visits with no wait at all, and the staff quickly let patients know if an ER is needed instead. However, some reviews caution that on several occasions, tests for flu, strep, Covid, and a UTI came back negative at this location, only to test positive for strep, ear infection, and the flu at a Primary Care the next day. Despite this, many patients express they will only return here for urgent care, even if it is a drive.
I was able to walk in they gave me a short time later to come back and had no wait at all, it was the quickest visit I’ve had from any urgent care I’ve been to quite a few in the area. They also have the kindest most patient staff, all helped, I even watched how they treated others and I applaud them! Dr Hugh, Leah, Brittani and Natalie. Anytime I’m in need of an urgent care for me or my two young kids, even though it’s a drive for me I will only return here!!
The doctor, front office and nursing assistants were great. Too bad they can’t be the kiddos primary care team. They are thorough, kind, and attentive. The facility was also very clean! We just moved here and they made the girls and I feel at home.
I would give them five stars because they are very fast and kind there and the guy that most of the time works as the doctor I really love him, but I gave them three stars because on several occasions we’ve went there and got tested for flu, strep, Covid, etc. and the results always come back negative even when I went for a UTI then we go to our Primary Care the next day and test positive for strep, ear infection, and the flu !! So be careful
