Used them last year for my taxes. Tax preparer, Vicki, was slow and not very personable. Very expensive as well. Was overall very disappointed with the service and think they left quite a bit of money on the table

I have used a number of CPAs over the years. This was by far my worst experience of all that I have used. When I called to get a previous year's copy of my taxes they charged me $20 just to send an electronic copy. I have never had a CPA charge me to send a copy of my taxes. I think that is very unprofessional and an example of nickel and diming clients. I will not be back and would recommend you look elsewhere.

Never had issues with the IRS until Doug Mort did my taxes and charged me all the money I had - entire stimulus check of $1600 for 2 years of taxes. Now IRS says I owe them more money and I never got the amended refund Mort said I would. I had more success doing my own taxes for the 42 years I’ve been working and paying taxes!!!! Don’t even go near this company. They’re Greedy and irresponsible!!!!

Never had issues with the IRS until Doug M*** did my taxes and charged me entire stimulus check of $1600 for screwing up 2 years of filings. Now the IRS says I owe more money for penalties and I never did get the refund due to me and still trying to resolve the mess with hours on the phone with the IRS. Mort is a greedy incompetent CPA only interested in one thing - getting as much out of your pocket whether he does the job right or not!

Doug, Vickie, Madison along with all the support staff, they are exceptional and professional . Superb customer service. Always willing to answer questions and patient with non accounting people. I have gone to Sareen & Associates year after year and always ask for Vickie Wilkins to do my taxes.Vickie goes out of her way to help me, answers all questions, even after my taxes are done I can call during the middle of the year and ask more questions about what I should do about my girls working and how is that going to affect my taxes or any other crazy questions I come up with.Sareen & Associates and everyone in the office are really good people and always available to help.Thanks againMike B
